At Empowering Garrison Girls (EGGs), we believe in the potential of every young girl. Our mission is to empower girls in our community through education, mentorship, and support. We offer various programs that foster personal growth and leadership skills. By participating in our initiatives, you can help inspire the next generation of strong female leaders. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.

EGGs Mission

The three tenets that will be used throughout the project to influence the goal planning process for participants are –– education, exposure, and encouragement. The tenets focus on enhancing the academic and career readiness prospects for these young girls as follows:

1. Education: To promote retention in school, financial assistance is provided to  the participants while enrolled in secondary school. 
2. Exposure: Exposing the participants to preparatory and informational resources helps to improve their readiness for life beyond secondary school. 
3. Encouragement: By providing mentoring and networking opportunities for the participants within and outside the EGGs program, they are encouraged to stay the course and envision life beyond the daily challenges faced in their communities.
